Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
– Refunds are provided only after receiving the returned product and conducting an inspection.
– Approved refunds will be initiated to the account provided by the customer.
Refund Process:
– Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
– If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the provided account.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
– Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products received.
– To be eligible for a return, customers must provide an unboxing video of the parcel from the very beginning.
– Returns are eligible only within 24 hours of receiving the wrong product or products with defects.
Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@turbogram.in with your order number and unboxing video attached.
– Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).
Exemptions from Returns:
– Posters are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective.
